The PAOI is co-sponsoring two upcoming lectures by Dr.  Annemarie Weyl Carr. Dr. Carr is a world renowned expert in Byzantine visual culture. She is a Southern Methodist University Distinguished Professor of Art History and is a member of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Princeton.

Her first lecture will be held at the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012.

Her second lecture will be held at the Church of the Holy Cross in Belmont, California at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012.
